A ministerial visionary, business creative thinker, gifted communicator, life coach, author and spiritual guide to many, Cardell has dedicated his life to service. Recognizing his devotion to the youth of the community , Cardell was elected to the Portsmouth School Board in November of 2014. Cardell is also a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. and lives his life daily according to the principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Preserverance and Uplift.

My philosophy of ministry follows a Servant-Leadership model which follows the character of Jesus Christ in management and ministy which presents the community with theology that not only engages people but liberates their hearts and minds. The development of a successful ministry will not only promote worship in churches, but bring a sense of community awareness in the socio-economic disparity that remains prevelant throughout the world.
